Congratulations on being a new reader of Patricia Jean Smithyman-Zito’s book, Living in the Now: The Secret to Making Each Day Your Best. I found this book to be very helpful in understanding and actually living in the present moment.
PJ has combined poetry, storytelling, music, and her life experiences into a book that allows the reader to explore their own life’s journey while living in the NOW. She is able to help the reader with her probing questions that will enable them to delve deep into undiscovered places in their life up to this point, and therefore, bring them closer in their relationship with themselves, others, and their God. The written book allows the reader space to journal and/or take notes at that moment. Very helpful for concrete changes to really occur!
Our relationship with God is at many levels and this book shows the reader how to discover those levels and to make God alive in their life at each of these levels. I feel blessed to know the author personally and applaud her desire to share her gifts and wisdom with the rest of us. May you be as blessed as I have been by reading this book!

I am grateful this book was shared to me a few months ago. This book encompasses a lot of insights, learning and inspiring guide on how to live your life to the fullest - living in the NOW! I learn to appreciate the little things that we sometimes take for granted and realized they matter most in our being. It helps us to keep a healthy and open mind and appreciate life and its beauty. Truly, a great read. You also realized that it's not just a book but as you are going through the pages, you are writing your own personal journey in it. Highly recommend it to others.
